Personal data protection in NTM according to GDPR
 
National Technical Museum (hereinafter referred to as "NTM") as a data controller has set
and emphasizes the internal protection of personal data of all data subjects,
with whom it comes into contact in the course of its activities.
 
As a further step
building on the protection of personal data introduced years ago in connection with
101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended by
as amended, has carried out a detailed analysis of the system in place
in the light of the requirements of Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council
2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to
 processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as
"The analysis showed that the system in place, through its processes, fully
complies with the requirements of the GDPR, the system only needs to be documented, supplemented
information for data subjects (see below) and appoint a data protection officer
 Data Protection Officer. In addition, NTM has carried out awareness raising amongst staff to
to understand data protection issues from a GDPR perspective.
