Early in the morning on June 13, 2024, three cars from the NTM collection started in the 1000 Miles of Czechoslovakia competition. For the first time, a women’s crew is participating for NTM.

The race was started by the President of the Czech Republic, Mr. Petr Pavel, who has taken the race under his patronage. With the starting number 2, the NTM colleagues set off in an elegant 1939 Jawa Minor, soon followed by the newly repaired 1931 Aero 662. The third NTM car regularly participating in the competition is the 1938 Aero 50 HP.

We wish all participants of this magnificent historic car show a safe journey!

This year’s competition is a jubilee, commemorating the significant anniversary – 90 years since the most famous race, the "Miles," in 1934. The route between Prague and Bratislava follows as closely as possible the original race route, which is why this year participants will head to Jihlava, where one of the checkpoints is located.

The start of the race drew significant public interest, and we invite everyone to join us on Saturday, June 15, 2024, in front of the National Technical Museum building, where the race will culminate. An accompanying program is prepared, including a competition for children with pedal cars called "NTM Rally."
