The exhibition will present two completely different faces of the villa built by the architect Max Spielmann in the years 1925-1930 for banker Otto Petschek. On one side villa is based on a conservative representation of the architectural concept of luxury villas in the most neoslohovém concept inspired the French Baroque. On the other hand, the object is on an unprecedented scale packed with all the top achievements of contemporary techniques to the extent practically destitute of comparison. The exhibition will be possible to see two different aspects of this villa - as examples of the historicist its equipment and inventory, as well as modern technical equipment of its facilities.
