Diving

The diving collection includes artifacts and literary documents related to the development of both recreational and professional diving, particularly from the 1950s to the 1970s. It features various types of respiratory automatic devices with accessories, a range of diving suits and masks, diving helmets, fins, underwater flashlights, underwater cameras, and three submersible cabins from underwater research and work on dams. The collection also contains older items, including a diving suit with a copper helmet and hand pump, weighted boots, a telephone station, and a unique teaching device for swimming from the interwar period.
